Welcome and introduction

1. Patient qualification & decision-making
Clinical criteria for CAR-T qualification, treatment decision-making, and the role of the multidisciplinary tumour board.

2. Referral pathway & centre network
The referral process and centre network, factors affecting the time from referral to infusion, patient preparation, and communication with referring centres.

3. Bridging therapy
The choice of bridging therapy in aggressive lymphoma and the management of disease progression during bridging.

4. Toxicity management
The adverse events most commonly observed after CAR-T therapy, the management of CRS and ICANS, and the prophylaxis and treatment of infectious complications.

5. Follow-up
Hospitalisation after infusion, long-term patient monitoring, and the division of responsibilities between the CAR-T centre and the referring centre.
